Privacy
The short version: we collect what you type into the waitlist form, use it only for what you ticked, don't sell it, and delete it when you ask.
This website
The site doesn't set cookies, doesn't run third-party analytics or ad trackers, and loads no scripts or fonts from other domains. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, page, browser) for security. We don't use them for marketing or combine them with anything else.
If you arrive from a link with campaign parameters (such as utm_source), your browser keeps them in session storage for that tab so we can tell which posts and links bring people in. They're sent to us only if you submit the waitlist form.
The waitlist
When you join, we store:
- your email address, and which boxes you ticked (Cloud early access, product emails), with the time and the exact wording you agreed to;
- anything you add in the optional fields: company, team size, what your agents do;
- the page you signed up on, the site that referred you, and campaign parameters if there were any;
- a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user agent, to stop automated signups. We don't keep the IP address itself.
How we use it
- Cloud early access: to email you about getting access, and to pick design partners using the optional details. These are messages you asked for.
- Product emails: only if you ticked that box. Occasional news and guides. Every one has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Ticking one box doesn't opt you into the other. We never sell or rent your details, and we don't share them except with the providers that run our hosting and send our email, under contracts that limit them to doing that.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or twelve months after SpotAgentIQ Cloud is generally available if you haven't signed up by then, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe from product emails we keep a record that you did, so we don't email you again.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@spotagentiq.com from the address you signed up with. We'll do it within 30 days, usually much faster. If you're in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
The open-source software
SpotAgentIQ itself runs on your machines. It doesn't phone home, send telemetry, or contact us in any way. Your tool calls and audit logs never reach us.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects how we use data you've already given us, we'll email you before it takes effect.
